Proposal Writer - French

Job Description: As a Proposal Manager at Exela, your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end sales bids response process, including RFI, RFP, and RFQ. Your role will involve ensuring that all expectations, actions, and timelines are clearly understood and met, while tracking milestones effectively. You will interpret sales bid requirements, oversee compliance, and conduct proposal reviews. Guiding the opportunity team in developing proposal win themes and incorporating them throughout the proposal will be a key aspect of your job. Additionally, you will be responsible for writing, editing, and formatting proposal documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and persuasiveness. Developing slides for sales bid follow-up presentations, quarterly business reviews, and similar activities will also fall under your purview. Continuous improvement of the proposal content and process through best practices, as well as maintaining newly created content in a centralized knowledge repository, will be crucial. Experience working on EU public sector opportunities will be beneficial for this role. Qualifications: - Two or more years of proposal management experience - Proficiency in French (Read, Write, Speak), English, or a related field - Bachelor's degree in business administration, English, communications, or a related field - Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Project management experience Ideal candidates will exhibit a can-do attitude and possess: - Comprehensive understanding of the proposal management/sales bid process - Excellent writing and communication skills - Proficiency in document production software - Ability to work effectively under time constraints - Strong teamwork and project management skills Preferred qualifications include: - Technical writing experience - APMP or PMP certification - Enterprise-level experience - Knowledge of technology, business process outsourcing, and business process automation - Experience with Ariba or related online portals - Familiarity with Qvidian Disclaimer: This job description is provided for informational purposes only and may be subject to change or modification by Exela.,
