Job Description

As a Manager in Projects and Development Services (PDS) Operations at JLL, you will play a crucial role in ensuring consistent and qualitative outcomes for JLL Clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a team that supports PDS Operations, acting as the Group Operations Lead. You will oversee the service delivery of your team members, ensuring stable operations and overall employee life-cycle management. Your duties and responsibilities will include: - Providing support to Stakeholders and Directors in real estate led developments - Leading the team for successful project delivery - Coaching and developing subordinate team members - Managing multiple Team Leads and delivering SLA and efficient project support - Aligning work with project programs and reporting on progress - Utilizing JLL best practice tools and processes - Taking ownership of medium/large-sized projects for Project Management assignments - Understanding and complying with business risk and project delivery parameters - Capturing and sharing knowledge for service improvement and innovation - Representing the company professionally at all times - Conducting project healthchecks, audits, and compliance functions - Supporting reporting and communication activities Soft skills required for this role include clear communication, proactivity, time management, multitasking, adaptability, problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a virtual team. To qualify for this position, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field - 10-15 years of experience in construction project management or related role - Proven work experience as an established PM Leader - Familiarity with construction best practices and quality control procedures - Proficiency in project management software and tools - Strong organizational, time management, people management, communication, and interpersonal skills.,
