Job Description

Role Overview: As a Manager at JLL, you will be responsible for managing a team that supports Projects and Development Services (PDS) Operations. Your role will involve overseeing the service delivery of your team members, ensuring stable PDS Operations, and managing overall employee life-cycle management. A high level of independence is required, but you will also be accountable for providing agreed services in line with targeted KPIs and policies. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to Stakeholders and Directors in delivering real estate led developments - Lead the team to successfully deliver projects and provide coaching and development to team members - Manage multiple Team Leads and deliver SLA for efficient project support - Align and plan work according to project programs, reporting progress as needed - Utilize JLL best practice tools and processes, including technology support for delivery - Interpret client briefs into delivery plans and take ownership of medium/large-sized projects - Understand and comply with business risk and project delivery parameters - Capture and share knowledge for service improvement and innovation - Represent the company professionally at all times and carry out project health checks and audits Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field - 10-15 years of experience in construction project management or a related role - Proven experience as an established PM Leader with previous experience in setting up Project management capability - Familiarity with construction best practices and quality control procedures - Proficiency in project management software and tools for integration with general contractors - Strong organizational, time management, people management, communication, and interpersonal skills (Note: Soft Skills and Additional details of the company were not explicitly mentioned in the provided Job Description),
