The Project Management Leader (PML) is responsible for the overall financial, contractual, and timeline performance of the entire solar project portfolio. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction, serving as the primary liaison between the client, internal stakeholders (Engineering, Procurement, Execution), and finance.
-B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering.
-MBA or a Master's degree in Engineering Management is highly desirable.
-Mandatory: PMP/PRINCE2 Certification or equivalent.
-Deep commercial acumen and experience in handling large EPC contracts (FIDIC, etc.).
