Sr. Manager / Regional Manager North & East Sales (Solar)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning strategy and approach for Solar Product sales in specific areas. Your role will involve developing new key accounts in institutional sales, creating NGO network, leveraging CSR funds from private industries and bulk buyers, and establishing sales of products through tenders of nodal agencies. You will also be required to establish Rural Sales by developing solar specific distributors, developing market intelligence for similar products, managing the sales pipeline and targets, resolving contractual issues and disputes, training and leading the BD team, and developing positive relationships with key business contacts.
