Job Description Program Manager Who are we looking for? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee and stabilize an IT product within the Employee Benefits Domain in India. This temporary role will be crucial in managing product demand, stakeholder relationships, and supplier interactions while ensuring the successful rollout of the product to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile project management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics. Technical Skills Strong understanding of the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js), added advantage for application modernization experience. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is a plus. Process Skills  Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI initiatives.  Ensure AI solutions align with business goals and client needs.  Communicate AI opportunities to senior stakeholders and clients.  Lead and manage the AI team’s day-to-day operations . Behavioral Skills Demand Management: Prioritize product demands based on business needs and operational requirements. Facilitate discussions to ensure clarity on priorities and deliverables. Product Stabilization: Assess the current state of the IT product and implement strategies to stabilize and enhance its performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product-related issues. Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on product status. Agile Project Management Lead the project using agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of product features and enhancements. Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives). Client Rollouts Manage the rollout of the product to clients, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption. Gather feedback from clients to inform future product improvements. Establish and oversee QA and support teams to ensure product quality and reliability. Implement processes to streamline operations and reduce noise in product delivery. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, particularly in conveying complex information to senior leaders. Respectfully manage expectations and push back on requests when necessary to maintain focus on the roadmap. Ensure that product development aligns with the established roadmap and business objectives. Collaborate with the product team to adjust priorities as needed based on operational feedback. Experience And Education Required Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in IT product management, preferably in the Employee Benefits sector. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management best practices. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of managing senior stakeholders. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing demands. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
