Project Management Intern

• Position : Project Management Intern
• Location : Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

• Production Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, and maintaining production calendars for animation or VFX projects.
• Task Management: Help assign tasks to artists, editors, and technical staff using project management tools like ShotGrid, Trello, or Asana.
• Communication Bridge: Act as a liaison between creative teams (animators, modelers, compositors) and production managers to ensure smooth information flow.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare status reports, update spreadsheets, and document project progress for internal reviews.
• Asset Tracking: Monitor the movement of digital assets (e.g., models, textures, shots) through the pipeline to ensure timely delivery.
• Quality Control Support: Assist in reviewing outputs for consistency with project briefs and flagging issues to supervisors.

Skills You’ll Develop

• Understanding of Animation/VFX Pipelines: Learn how projects move from concept to final render, including pre-production, production, and post-production stages.
• Software Proficiency: Gain hands-on experience with industry tools like Autodesk Maya, Adobe After Effects, Blender, and production tracking systems.
