• Coordinate with design consultants, architects, and project teams for interior works.• Support in concept presentations, sample approvals, and material boards.• Manage vendor coordination, procurement schedules, and timelines for interior finishes.• Review GFC drawings, layouts, and BOQs for accuracy and design intent.• Ensure design quality and specifications are adhered to during execution.• Assist in budgeting, cost estimation, and vendor billing verification.• Act as a liaison between corporate design team & project sites to ensure smooth implementation.• Prepare and maintain documentation, progress reports, and MIS for management.
• Bachelors in Interior Design / Architecture.• 48 years experience in interior design coordination/project management with real estate developers, design firms, or PMC.• Strong knowledge of residential interiors, luxury finishes, furniture, and detailing.• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, Photoshop, and project management tools.• Excellent communication & coordination skills.
