Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Lead with 2–3 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to oversee end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate), excellent client management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality automation deployments. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple RPA projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring delivery within time, scope, and budget. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements , analyze business processes, and identify automation opportunities. Prepare and maintain project documentation including BRDs, SDDs, and weekly progress reports. Coordinate with RPA developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of automation solutions. Drive daily stand-ups , sprint planning, and status reviews with internal and client stakeholders. Ensure proper implementation of best practices in RPA development, governance, and security . Monitor post-deployment performance and facilitate hypercare, issue resolution , and optimization cycles. Communicate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to senior management and propose mitigation strategies. Provide technical and functional guidance to junior team members and assist in resource planning. Stay updated with RPA trends and contribute to solution enhancements and process standardization . Required Skills & Experience: 2–3 years of experience in RPA project delivery , including at least one end-to-end implementation as a lead. Working knowledge of UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere , or similar RPA tools. Strong understanding of SDLC/Agile methodology and experience using tools like Jira, Trello , or Asana . Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle client interactions independently and present technical concepts clearly.
