CRMNEXT Software Tester Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai Experience: 2–3 Years Job Type: Full-Time / Onsite Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled CRMNEXT Software Tester with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in CRM testing, specifically within the CRMNEXT platform. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of CRM workflows, customer journeys, and business processes, and be capable of validating system functionalities, integrations, and end-to-end user flows. Key Responsibilities: Perform functional, integration, regression, and UI testing of CRMNEXT modules including: Lead Management Email Management System Service Requests Campaign Management Validate workflow configurations , process automation, and customer journey maps. Understand and validate CRM business processes , including approvals, SLAs, and escalations. Review and test integration points with core banking systems , digital channels (mobile/web), and third-party APIs. Identify, document, and manage defects and issues using tools like JIRA or similar. Work closely with the Product Owners, Developers, and Business Analysts to ensure software quality and alignment with requirements. Provide input on best practices and process improvements in CRM testing and workflow validation. Participate in UAT support , environment setup, and data validation as needed.
