Designation: Project Director / Project Lead Location: Gurugram Qualification: B.Arch + Graduation in Project Management (Preferred PMP/PG in Construction Management) Experience: Minimum 15 years in leading EPC projects Must have successfully executed at least one project with a budget > ₹150 Cr, ideally in museums, galleries, or public spaces with immersive/interactive tech components Role & Responsibilities: Overall leadership and ownership of the project Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (tech, MEPF, content, design) ensuring timely and quality delivery Liaise with government bodies, stakeholders, and vendors Ensure compliance, safety, and quality benchmarks across the lifecycle, including O&M Oversee integration of React.js, Node.js, and Python-based tech platforms into visitor experience systems Preferred Skills: Experience with tech-enabled exhibit deployments Budgeting, contract management, risk management Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹966,114.23 - ₹7,544,556.77 per year Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Work Location: In person
