Job Description

Responsible for leading all on-site operations for solar PV projects under construction, ensuring technical feasibility, regulatory compliance, and timely execution within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with HO for site investigations and feasibility assessments.
Review EPC proposals and support contract award decisions.
Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, costs, and milestones.
Provide technical support during design, construction, and commissioning.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure quality and safety standards.
Control project costs and supervise subcontractors.
Prepare RFPs, documentation, and regulatory submissions.
Liaise with government agencies for permits and interconnection.
Implement EHS procedures and ensure environmental compliance.
Lead negotiations for land use, PPAs, and interconnection agreements.
