Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Head located in Vishakhapatnam. The Project Head will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of real estate projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and managing project budgets and timelines. The Project Head will also be responsible for quality assurance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Strong project management skills and experience in coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors
Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards
Budget management and financial planning skills
Quality assurance and risk management expertise
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent are a plus
Experience in the real estate or construction industry is highly desirable
