Job Description

Job Summary:

The Project Head will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring strategic projects for Toyota’s four-wheeler business operations. The role involves overseeing dealership expansion, infrastructure development, process improvement, and ensuring alignment with Toyota’s standards. The Project Head will coordinate with multiple departments, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Strategy
  • Develop project roadmaps in alignment with Toyota guidelines and company objectives.
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Execution & Delivery
  • Lead the execution of infrastructure, showroom, and workshop development projects.
  • Ensure compliance with Toyota standards in layout, design, and customer experience.
  • Monitor project progress, address bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination
  • Manage cross-functional teams (Sales, Service, Finance, HR, Admin).
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and external agencies.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to project staff.
  • Compliance & Quality Control
  • Ensure adherence to statutory norms, safety regulations, and Toyota operational standards.
  • Maintain high quality in construction, branding, and dealership facilities.
  • Financial Management
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets.
  • Control costs, approve expenditures, and ensure financial discipline.
  • Reporting & Communication
  • Provide regular project updates to top management and Toyota officials.
  • Maintain documentation, MIS reports, and progress trackers.
  • Innovation & Improvement
  • Implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Introduce new technologies and tools for better project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • 10–15 years of experience in automobile dealership operations, infrastructure projects, or large-scale project management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of project management tools, MS Office, and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Toyota / four-wheeler dealership operations will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
