Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable two-wheeler models. Explain product features, specifications, finance schemes, and offers. Sales & Targets Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Conduct follow-ups with potential customers through calls, messages, and visits. Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication and persuasion. Documentation Assist customers with loan, insurance, and registration processes. Ensure proper documentation for each sale as per company policy. Product Knowledge & Market Awareness Stay updated on product range, features, and competitor offerings. Share feedback on customer preferences and market trends with the management. Events & Promotions Participate in marketing events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns. Support the team in generating leads and expanding customer base.
