Job Description

1. Store Design & Retail Concept Development

Conceptualize and finalize store layouts, furniture design, lighting, signage, and color schemes as per brand guidelines.
Create 2D/3D design drafts using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Collaborate with visual merchandising and branding teams to ensure cohesive design language.

2. Project Planning & Execution

Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure execution as per approved drawings.
Monitor site progress, conduct quality checks, and ensure timely completion of projects.

3. Vendor & Material Management

Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors for sourcing furniture, lighting, fixtures, HVAC, tiles, etc.
Ensure timely delivery and quality of materials as per specifications.
Validate and approve vendor bills and supervise material inventory using MB Sheets.

4. Budgeting & Cost Control

Conduct cost estimation and analysis to optimize spend while maintaining quality.
Evaluate ROI of store design and project investments.

5. Maintenance & Facility Oversight

Oversee maintenance activities for existing stores including repairs, replacements, and upkeep.
Coordinate with facility teams to ensure a safe, clean, and visually appealing retail environment.
