Position: Project Executive

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work on planning and coordinating daily operations to ensure smooth execution of project activities, events, workshops, and outreach programs.
2. Manage schedules, track milestones, collect and analyse data, maintain databases, and prepare reports and presentations for evaluations and stakeholder communication.
3. Coordinate communication with community members, partners, donors, and stakeholders through meetings, field visits, community sessions, and proper documentation of feedback.
4. Develop content for newsletters, reports, social media, awareness campaigns, and dissemination events such as learning sessions and exhibitions.
5. Handle documentation, correspondence, approvals, travel, procurement, and logistics while keeping project files organized and audit-ready.
6. Monitor expenses, verify financial documents, support donor and grant reporting, and ensure financial transparency and budget compliance.
Eligibility Criteria
· Educational Qualification: Graduate in Arts, Science, Social Work, Mass communication or any other relevant discipline.
· Experience: Having 1-3 years of relevant experience in NGOs or development sector organizations.
