Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Executive to join our team in the Travel & Events - Operations department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and travel arrangements.
Develop and implement effective project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Conduct thorough analysis of project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in project management, preferably in the Travel & Events industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Office and Google Suite.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
