Project Executive

We're Hiring Project Executive

Responsibilities

• Execute interior and modular installation projects as per drawings, ensuring top-notch quality and timelines.
• Conduct daily site visits and share Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly schedules and ensure vendor resource alignment to match site progress.
• Drive on-ground quality checks as per quality standards and specifications.
• Identify bottlenecks proactively and work towards quick resolution for smooth execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Ops, Vendor Partners) for end-to-end coordination.
• Ensure 100% adherence to internal SOPs and project workflows.
• Maintain proper documentation and daily records of on-site progress.
• Ensure timely project delivery and a great customer experience — measured through Customer CSAT.
  

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• Prior experience in home interiors / project execution is an advantage.
• Candidates with luxury residential / premium interior / hotel project experience are preferred.
• A strong eye for detail and quality is non-negotiable.
• Ability to read technical drawings and execute per project schedules.
• Must have a 2-wheeler and valid driving license for daily site visits.
