Project Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. And As a Project Executive , you will be responsible for the start to end project execution as per drawings with quality & within time. You will visit project sites daily and share DPR with all stakeholders. You will create weekly schedule and align vendors for resource allocation.

Responsibilities :

• Single point of contact for the customer during the execution phase of their home interiors.
• Quality monitoring as per standards and specifications.
• Share the daily progress report for the installation works with the customer.
• Directing the Installation team simultaneously to safely execute the work according to the design plan.
• Identify issues and de-bottleneck for smooth project execution.
• Day today coordination and foster teamwork between all the project stakeholders. 
• 100% adherence to internal Artitians processes.
• Keeping record for all site work.
• Core interior industry experience in Kitchen, Wardrobe, Storage, Modular and Fit Out works preferred.
• Detail review of the drawings, understanding the scope as per BOQ and explaining the same to the customer.
• Customer Overall CSAT Score.

Job Requirement

• Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Designing.
• Experience in interior project execution is a plus.
• People with Site Execution experience in Premium projects, Hotel projects, Luxury studios are preferred
• Eye for quality is a must.
• Should be able to read and plan work from the schedule.
• Must have own 2 wheeler and a valid license for site travel.
