Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced project management professional with 2 to 7 years of hands-on experience to lead our team in delivering innovative automotive and functional safety solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risks for automotive and functional safety semiconductor IP development projects.
Facilitate clear and consistent communication within international, multi-site teams and with all stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
Ensure all project deliverables meet Synopsys' quality management system (QMS) and functional safety process requirements.
Plan, steer, and monitor all project activities, adapting to evolving priorities and technical challenges.
Regularly report project statuses and key metrics to both technical and management audiences, providing transparency and actionable insights.
Execute gate reviews, lead decision-making matrices, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Proactively resolve conflicts and handle deviations to maintain momentum and achieve project goals.
Drive the successful delivery of industry-leading semiconductor IP solutions for advanced automotive and safety applications.
Enhance Synopsys' reputation as a trusted partner for automotive innovation and functional safety excellence.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing across global teams, strengthening Synopsys' engineering community.
Contribute to the development of safer, more connected vehicles, impacting millions of drivers and passengers worldwide.
Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce risk, and support continuous innovation.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on project management experience, preferably with international and multi-sited teams.
Strong proficiency in project planning and tracking using JIRA and BigPicture or similar tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of engaging with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Solid understanding of quality management systems and functional safety processes, ideally within automotive or semiconductor environments.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Applied Science, or equivalent field.
Experience managing project scope, schedule, costs, and risk, with a structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Collaborative team player with strong leadership and motivational skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing multiple tasks.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Adaptable and resilient in the face of challenges, with a continuous improvement mindset.
Open communicator who builds trust and rapport across diverse teams and cultures.
