Job Description

Lead the engineering organization focused on quality assurance for new development of Hybrid Cloud and Storage products.
Provide direct and ongoing strategic leadership for the Hybrid Cloud Quality Assurance organization.
Create strategic and tactical operations and resource plans, goals, and priorities for assigned organization.
Manage headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for the organization.
Engage with program managers, marketing, supply chain, technical leaders, and executives to communicate program status and escalate issues.
Identify opportunities for and drive organizational initiatives and programs to support business process improvements and cost reductions.

Job Requirements

Strong software development skills, including automation and tooling related to systems under test.
Ability to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) to accelerate delivery of products while increasing quality.
Excellent leadership skills, including coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution.
Organizational and strategic management skills, including budget and business planning and forecasting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced communication skills catering to a wide variety of audiences.
Extensive business acumen, technical knowledge, and industry experience encompassing one or more engineering, technology, and product domains.
Advanced multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
Advanced relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting with senior management and executive roles for internal and external partners.
Good understanding of the company's policies and processes.
First level university degree or equivalent experience required; advanced university degree preferred.
15 or more years of related work experience in Quality Assurance engineering, including 10 years of people management experience.
