Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Have responsibility & ownership for Routing the Harness, Bundle Harness and Schematics preparations.
Should be able to work individually and/or with a small team actively to secure the deliverables
Integrate deliveries from cross-functions and secure quality and readiness before releases.
Ensure the deliveries are met as per the set requirements and timelines.
Frequent interactions with internal stakeholders, clarify the requirements and deliver accordingly.
Develop and implement wiring installation projects within the area of assignment including related routing and clipping solutions.
Ensures design correctness and completeness for all wiring harness, schematic & wiring harness installation releases within the area of responsibility.
Design of Control box, Terminal Box, Wiring Diagram, New Control panel Design, Genset outline schematic.

Skills and Experience Required:

Experience Range : 2 to 4 years of Automotive experience preferably on Genset Control Panel Design (sheet metal and Pro Cabling).
Qualification Required : B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering with work experience on Electrical Wiring Harness Design using Creo.
Strong in Engineering fundamentals and excellent knowledge of electrical components.
Hands-on experience in tools such as Creo, Creo Schematics and PLM tool.
Proficient knowledge in Electrical Architecture and Schematics.
Knowledge in the design and development of sheet metal brackets, control panel design is added advantage.
Knowledge of product development cycle and quality tool such as RCA/FTA.
