Job Description

Overall Industrial Experience 7 to 12 years
Experience in managing teams and projects.
Strong background in Bench Marking, Reverse Engg., NPD, VAVE, testing activities
SAVE certification in VAVE will be added advantage
Strong understanding of functional analysis, cost analysis, and value engineering principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and creating value-based tools.
Good understanding about product design / manufacturing processes
Good knowledge of materials like metals / Plastic / abrasive / Bonding agents etc.
Knowledge and experience in Adhesives, Sealants will be added advantage
Exp on working with relevant design standards, GD&T & stack up analysis
Should be good at 3D CAD modeling assembly and large assembly management.
Hands-on experience with diagnostics and testing.
Knowledge of various manufacturing practices and commodities.
Structural design and understanding of CAE simulation will be an added advantage.
Communication skills to work with internal and external customers in a professional and effective manner
