Job Description

Design with 2 to 6 years of experience, possessing good hands-on experience in design and drafting using CREO. This role requires specialized expertise in at least one of the following domains: sheet metal, casting, or piping. Your responsibilities will involve creating precise 3D models and detailed 2D drawings for components and assemblies within your area of specialization, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and design specifications. For sheet metal, you'll work on flat pattern development, bends, and form features. For casting, you'll focus on draft angles, core design, and machining allowances. For piping, you'll handle routing, component selection, and support structures. Familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems, particularly Windchill, is a significant advantage, as it will enable you to manage design data, revisions, and workflows efficiently. You will collaborate closely with manufacturing, analysis, and assembly teams to ensure designs are optimized for production, cost-effectiveness, and performance. Your ability to troubleshoot design challenges and contribute innovative solutions will be key to success in this role.
