Profile : Project Engineer - Solar
*Key Responsibilities:*

• Site Visits & Analysis:

Conduct site visits (rooftop or ground) to assess technical feasibility and installation potential.
Prepare site summary reports including shadow analysis, load requirements, and space utilization.

• Feasibility & Electrical Study:

Evaluate power availability, shadow impact, and user-side electrical integration.
Analyze client electrical consumption to determine optimal system design.

• Installation & Commissioning:

Oversee installation and commissioning of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards during execution.

• Design & Engineering Support:

Assist in the preparation of preliminary and detailed BOMs.
Support the design team in finalizing plant layout, solar structure detailing, and component placement.Calculate cable sizing, string sizing, inverter compatibility, and selection of ACDB, DCDB, etc.

• Documentation & Compliance:

Collect and maintain required documents from clients.
Facilitate net metering applications and liaise with relevant DISCOMs for approvals and processes.

• Project Monitoring & Tracking:

Maintain regular records of ongoing and pending projects.
Monitor solar system performance remotely and ensure all systems operate smoothly.Coordinate with O&M teams to resolve system issues or underperformance.

*Qualifications & Skills:*

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.

• 2–3 years of experience in solar project execution or installation engineering.

• Working knowledge of solar PV systems (design, installation, net metering, remote monitoring).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and solar simulation tools (PVsyst/Helioscope preferred).

• Basic understanding of DISCOM regulations and documentation processes.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Willingness to travel for site visits and project supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
