We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer with a background in Power or Renewable Energy projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end engineering schedule planning, coordination across disciplines, and ensuring timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule project activities using MS Project, Primavera or equivalent tools.
• Manage Detail Engineering and Owner’s Engineering projects.
• Coordinate with Electrical, Civil and Energy System teams for schedule alignment.
• Prepare and issue weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules and delay analysis.
• Monitor project progress and raise escalations when necessary.
• Maintain quality compliance as per IMS and ISO standards.
• Control documentation workflows, including vendor document tracking and approvals.
• Interface with clients to obtain required clearances and ensure milestone completion.
• Track budgeted hours and maintain project profitability.
• Prepare Gantt and bar charts, and deliver project dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Support monthly invoicing as per actual project progress.
• Ensure quality assurance during client submissions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• BE/BTech in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Power/Renewable Energy sectors.
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera or similar tools.
• Strong communication and inter-disciplinary coordination skills.
• Familiar with ISO/IMS documentation standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
