Salary- Rs 26,000 + Travel – Rs 2000 - Total CTC= Rs 28,000

Initial contract Period - Upto September 2024

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering work in our Water Management project at Rajnagar and Khairasol block of Birbhum district.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, design, and oversee various civil engineering projects, rainwater harvesting structures such as Check Dam, Spillway, Outlets, Pond etc.

· Desing model for Roof top rain water harvesting and other similar models for implementation

· Desing model for Sanitation structures.

· Perform site investigations and surveys, considering environmental and sustainability aspects.

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project feasibility and adherence to regulations.

· Prepare and review detailed engineering design, estimation, and drawings.

· Monitor construction progress and provide guidance to resolve technical issues.

Essential:

· Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in civil engineering or a related field.

· Minimum 03 years of experience in civil engineering

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.

Desirable:

· Prior work experience in social development project, Watershed Interventions/ structures

· Prior work experience in water and sanitation related structures

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

· Have determination to work with Rural communities and respect for community without any prejudice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 per month
