Project Engineer (Civil)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with proven experience in pharma project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil construction standards for pharma facilities, GMP compliance requirements, and hands-on exposure to local contractors/vendors in the Maksi/Shajapur region. Immediate availability is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute civil engineering works for pharma manufacturing/processing facilities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and statutory requirements during construction.
• Coordinate with QA, mechanical, and electrical teams for integrated project delivery.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, BOQs, and progress reports.
• Manage local contractors, vendors, and suppliers ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality checks to ensure adherence to pharma-specific standards.
• Support in documentation and audit readiness for regulatory inspections.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in civil project execution, preferably in pharma/industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of pharma facility layouts, cleanroom construction, and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with local Maksi/Shajapur contractor/vendor ecosystem.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.

• Immediate joiner with local exposure to Maksi/Shajapur industrial area.
• Experience in pharma, chemical, or food-grade facility projects.
• Ability to handle multi-disciplinary coordination (civil, mechanical, QA, EHS).
• Strong focus on timely project delivery and compliance readiness.

Pay: ₹239,988.16 - ₹780,138.29 per year
