Project Engineer - BMS & ELV Systems

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BMS & ELV Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will oversee the planning, design, and successful execution of BMS & ELV packages in commercial and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Design:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, and timelines.

Team Coordination:

• Lead project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring efficient project execution.

Installation and Implementation:

• Manage the installation and commissioning of ELV components and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Manage the sub-contractors effectively.

Stores Management:

• Raise material requests well in advance.
• Handle local purchases.
• Ensure site store functions properly.
• Keep record of materials issued & returned.
• Ensure safe custody of materials in store and prevent losses & theft.

Client Engagement:

• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates and address concerns.
• Attend project meetings & update project progress & plans.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that ELV systems meet performance and reliability standards.
• Perform system testing and adjustments as needed.
• Make sure safety guidelines are followed by the team.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and change orders.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports for clients and management.

Training and Support:

• Conduct training sessions for facility operators and maintenance teams on ELV operation and maintenance.
• Provide ongoing support to clients post-project completion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BMS & ELV Project Engineer or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of various ELV systems.
• Strong project management skills, including budget and timeline management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead project teams and work collaboratively with clients.
• Relevant certifications is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
