Job Description

As a Project & Delivery Manager - Loyalty, your role involves overseeing project implementation, service delivery, and operations within the Loyalty department based in Mumbai. Your key responsibilities include: - Owning Redemption CatLog, inventories & P&L - Tracking and analyzing data regularly, sharing reports, and making strategic decisions - Launching additional platforms like health & wellness, EMI, etc., to enhance redemption and engagement - Creating rules and processes to list products and establish new partnerships - Defining product display priority and pricing guardrails - Collaborating with product and design teams to upgrade Journeys for an improved user experience - Working with multiple teams to build the PBLP Construct (Tier-wise Deals & benefits, Memberships, Gating Criteria, etc.) - Ensuring excellent customer service and Contact Centre Management In addition to the primary responsibilities, you will also be involved in: - Forming Project & Service Documents (BRD, FAQ, PAC) - Managing Campaign Operations - Handling Voucher management in alignment with BIU & voucher partners as per defined SOP - Supervising and monitoring various Alliance operational activities related to vendor management, liaison with Procurement, invoice reconciliation, and escalation handling To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - MBA (tier 1) or Bachelor of Technology (tier 1) with 5-10 years of experience in Project Management, Delivery, and Operations - Ideally from an E-Commerce or Banking background with 2-3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Service & Operation Delivery - Strong analytical thinking, ability to manage multiple activities, and attention to detail - Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related Microsoft suite products - Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities within set guidelines, while maintaining a positive team attitude and professional demeanor Key Success Metrics for this role include tracking project progress, ensuring efficient operation and service delivery, and monitoring marketing and campaign metrics.,
