Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Coordinator, located in Noida. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating projects by liaising with clients and internal teams, tracking project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met, and preparing project documentation. The role includes managing resources, facilitating communication, and conducting regular status meetings to ensure project milestones are achieved and client expectations are exceeded.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, project management, and resource management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Should have handled custom-based projects on WordPress, PHP, Shopify, and .NET
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• Experience in the digital media, marketing, or IT industry is a plus
