About SLTL Group:

Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Facilitate communication between internal teams and stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules.
Support project managers in planning, execution, and tracking of milestones.
Follow up with departments on assigned tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Identify and flag potential risks or delays to the project manager.
Assist in resource allocation and maintaining project-related databases or trackers.
Handle day-to-day coordination and administrative support for the project.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic project management tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination or support (Freshers with strong organizational skills may also apply).
