Project Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to support and coordinate large-scale projects across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, hands-on project execution experience, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end project activities and ensure timely execution
• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, MIS reports, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and clients
• Track project progress, milestones, risks, and issues
• Support Project Managers in budgeting, planning, and resource coordination
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality, and safety standards
• Conduct review meetings and prepare MOMs and status reports

Eligibility Criteria

• 10–15 years of experience as a Project Coordinator / Project Engineer / Project Support role
• Graduation in Engineering / Management or relevant discipline
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools
• Experience in industries such as Infrastructure, Construction, EPC, IT, Manufacturing, or Corporate Projects

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to large or multi-location projects
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
