About the Role:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress and performance.
• Manage risks, issues, and changes proactively; implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders regarding project status, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, QA, design, and support.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Monitor and report on project KPIs, resource utilization, and team performance.
• Mentor and guide team members to achieve project objectives efficiently.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and document lessons learned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT services or software development.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred / Good to Have:

• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with international clients or remote teams.
• Understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.
