RVSiGlobal is currently looking for a Project Coordinator for managing overall operations ofthe organization and is responsible for the effective and successful managementof labour, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as establishedand set for the Operations and other Departments. The experienced ProjectCoordinator will ensure safe and efficient operations within the organization.

The Project Coordinator is instrumental in the delivery of customer projectsand subsequent onboarding to RVScustomer managed services.

Job Purpose: TheProject Coordinator will be responsible for defining and completing actionsthat ensure the successful delivery [1] of multipleprojects across customers sites and geographies, through strong and effectiveorganisation, procurement and relationship management.
Therole holder will be responsible for ensuring on-time in-full project deliveryand onboarding to achieve a state of Done-donethrough their planning andactions, with the project being handed to the Service Desk and triggeringBilling in recognition of this milestone. The individual will therefore play acritical role in delivering high project revenue growth for the company.

Requirements
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
In collaboration with ProjectManagers, On-Time, In-Full Delivery of all projects to scope and budget,achieving customer approval and on-time billing: get it Done-done
Work with Project Managers to defineand then complete all actions required to deliver projects and achieve customeracceptance, including:
o Planning what tasks need to becompleted, by when
o Project budgets and budget managementensuring the right costs are allocated to the right customer-project accounts
o Procurement raising & issuingPOs and ensuring delivery of goods / services / software; approving POs andresolving invoice-PO exceptions
o Booking in with 3 rd partysuppliers for the on-time provision of goods / services / software /connectivity etc.
Ensuringall components required for a project are available and in the right locationwhen needed (physical & virtual)
o Prioritising and scheduling by valueas the over-riding principle
o Using and updating Kanban Queues asrequired
Input to project management documentsas required e.g. Gantt charts, Project Definition or Initiation documents /SOWs, RAID logs, etc. (tbd)
Proactively identify and report onrisks and issues at project level - analyse, propose and complete appropriate mitigation actions
Develop strong colleague and 3 rd party supplier relationships - ensureproactive communications with integrity to facilitate progress and managenecessary input and action
Participate in the completion ofPost-Implementation-Reviews for larger projects and / or lessons learnedaspart of a philosophy of Kaizen (continuous improvement), learning andgrowth
Contribute to a high-performance teamculture within the Projects function, and company more generally, to deliverthe right solutions for our customers, leading to growth, retention andreputation

Skills, know-how and experience:
Must have:

Foundationallevel skills in the use of accounting systems NetSuite knowledge a particularadvantage

Technical / professionalqualifications:
HND or similar in Project Managementan advantage (Prince2, PMI, PMP)
HND or similar in accounting anadvantage
Foundationqualifications in a continuous improvement methodology & practice Lean,Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile Development or similar an advantage
