Job Description

You will be working at Right Side Story, a next-gen youth engagement platform facilitating connections between brands and college students in India. As a Project Coordinator, your role will involve supporting on-ground teams and internal operations by coordinating daily activities, managing data, and aiding in project execution. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with on-ground teams to ensure smooth daily operations. - Track progress of field activities and provide real-time updates and follow-ups. - Manage and organize project-related data and documentation. - Assist in creating reports, trackers, and presentations. - Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and facilitate internal communication. - Offer administrative and logistical support to project teams. - Identify and escalate any operational challenges for prompt resolution. Qualifications: - Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field. - Proficiency in organizational skills and time management. - Strong command of MS Excel, Word, and basic data management tools. - Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and efficiently manage tasks. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proactive problem-solving approach. - Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
