Job Description

You will be part of a global leader in student housing software, supporting the Professional Services team to drive success in Service and Success Package projects. Your role will involve maintaining project plans, monitoring project status, preparing reports for stakeholders, managing customer satisfaction surveys, and more. **Responsibilities:** - Maintain and update Service and Success Package project plans, ensuring task owners, timelines, and dependencies are current - Partner with Project Managers to monitor project status, flag risks, and surface gaps across timelines, budgets, and resource allocations - Support program-level reporting and trend identification to help reduce non-billable time and increase on-time, in-scope delivery - Prepare monthly utilization and performance reports for internal and external stakeholders, including visual dashboards and narrative summaries - Track contract consumption against forecasted hours and raise alerts on over or under-utilization - Coordinate internal check-ins and retrospectives to support continuous improvement - Manage the distribution and collection of customer satisfaction surveys following project engagements - Compile and analyze survey data to identify trends, share wins, and inform delivery adjustments **Qualifications Required:** - 2+ years in an administrative, operations, or PMO support role, ideally within professional services or SaaS - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities - Confident using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet, or project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira, ClickUp) - Strong communication skills, especially when summarizing data or coordinating across roles - Comfortable navigating ambiguity, asking clarifying questions, and offering practical solutions **Reasons to join our Team:** - A Culture That Lasts: Many team members have been with us for 20+ years, a testament to our people-first philosophy - Global Impact, Local Ownership: Join a team working on industry-leading solutions across multiple countries - Long-Term Vision: We invest in our people for the long haul, creating an environment where you can grow, lead, and thrive - Innovation with Stability: Backed by Vista Equity Partners, we combine agility with stability - Z-Factor: We take pride in our culture of passion, care, and high performance to ensure that everyone at StarRez thrives If you believe you have what it takes to succeed in the role, we encourage you to apply.
