Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage

    end-to-end ServiceNow project activities

    , including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Gather and document

    business requirements

    and translate them into

    ServiceNow user stories

    .
  • Facilitate

    story grooming sessions

    with technical and business teams.
  • Collaborate with developers and integration teams to ensure

    ServiceNow stories are clearly understood

    and correctly implemented.
  • Oversee and track

    ServiceNow integrations

    with third-party tools and internal systems.
  • Assist in

    UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution

    .
  • Prepare

    project documentation

    , including status reports, roadmaps, and risk logs.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance and change control procedures.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals on time and within budget.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5–10 years of experience in

    Project Coordination / Project Management

    roles.
  • Hands-on experience with

    ServiceNow

    , especially in

    ITSM modules

    .
  • Strong experience in

    ServiceNow user story writing

    , backlog management, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Understanding of

    ServiceNow integrations

    (e.g., APIs, web services, third-party tools).
  • Familiarity with

    Agile / Scrum

    project methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in tools such as

    JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and ServiceNow

    .
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
