As a proactive and well-organized Project Coordinator at F5 Multimedia Studio Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in managing current film projects and arranging interviews for the YouTube channel, F5 Storytellers. Your excellent communication, networking, and multitasking skills will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and coordinate with potential interviewees and collaborators aligning with our channel's theme and the studio's mission. - Plan and schedule interviews while maintaining seamless communication with stakeholders. - Serve as a liaison between the production team and clients, ensuring timely project milestones and deliverables. - Monitor and maintain project timelines, collaborating with the production team to meet creative and technical needs. - Build and nurture relationships with clients, NGOs, and partners for long-term collaborations. - Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, supporting the post-production process. - Stay updated with media trends and innovative storytelling techniques to enhance project outcomes.
