Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager, engineers, and production team to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting

- Prepare and distribute project plans, schedules, and reports

- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and escalate as necessary

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet requirements

- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

- Maintain accurate project documentation and records

- Communicate project updates to stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members

- Assist in project closure, including lessons learned and evaluation

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field

- 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or related field

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the water tank industry or related field

- Knowledge of zinc aluminium water tank manufacturing processes

- Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, etc.)
