Job Summary

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution for manufacturing-focused software solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal/external developers and external manufacturing stakeholders.
• Translate manufacturing workflows (especially assembly line planning) into structured project plans.
• Utilize

  JIRA

  for sprint planning, task tracking, and backlog grooming.
• Conduct

  pre-risk analysis

  , decision-making meetings, and daily stand-ups.
• Create and review

  flow diagrams, use case diagrams

  , and functional documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery and clear communication throughout all project phases.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in

  manufacturing or industrial domain

  , particularly in

  assembly line planning

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Agile methodologies

  and

  JIRA project management

  .
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with

  technical teams

  , understanding key

  software development terms and processes

• Experience in creating or reviewing

  UML diagrams, workflows, and use case scenarios

  .
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making ability in dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Masters's degree in Engineering, Management, or Computer Science.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
• Experience in sprint retrospectives, burndown tracking, and release planning.
