Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project & HR Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a dual-impact role where you will serve as the backbone of our project logistics and a vital engine for our recruitment efforts.

The ideal candidate is someone who is a sharp, socially-adept professional. We aren't just looking for a coordinator who is managing travel and recruitment; we are looking for a future leader who is willing to build the foundational skills required to eventually manage senior ecosystem partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Logistics & Coordination

  • Travel & Stay: End-to-end planning and booking for project teams, ensuring seamless travel itineraries, accommodation, and local transport.
  • Financial Tracking: Managing billing, invoices, and expense reimbursements related to travel and project logistics with high accuracy.
  • Problem Solving: Acting as the go-to person for team members on the move, resolving real-time scheduling, booking or stay-related challenges.

2. HR & Talent Acquisition Support

  • Candidate Sourcing Management: Managing job postings across multiple platforms and social media to ensure maximum reach.
  • Pipeline Management: Initial screening and shortlisting of resumes based on set criteria.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a "gold standard" candidate experience aligned with the organizational values and through timely follow-ups.
  • Campus Outreach: Organizing and executing webinars and engagement sessions with partner colleges and placement cells.

Who can apply

  • Experience: 2–3 years in a coordination, project support, HR, or administrative role.
  • Communication: Exceptional English skills (both written and verbal) are non-negotiable. You should be able to draft professional emails and speak confidently to diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things that others miss, especially regarding billing, scheduling and user/ stakeholder preferences.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new HRIS or booking tools.
  • Have a "Growth" Mindset: You are eager to learn, and see this role as a stepping stone to take on more complex roles like managing ecosystem partners and strategic empanelment.

Future Growth Path

We are looking for someone who can eventually transition into Engagement Management or Ecosystem Management. Within 18–24 months, high performers will be groomed to handle:

  • Empanelment & ecosystem partner onboarding: Managing the formal selection and management of vendors and senior consultants like researchers, facilitators, designers, etc.
  • Complex Stakeholder Management: Leading high-level project engagements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
