Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience managing international projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing resources, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining clear communication between internal teams and international clients. A strong understanding of project documentation, resource allocation, and working with different technology stacks is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and team activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring smooth communication.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and proactively address bottlenecks.
• Document project requirements, changes, and progress updates for stakeholders.
• Allocate and manage resources effectively across multiple projects.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Conduct regular team meetings, sprint planning, and status updates.
• Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain project documentation, including scope, timeline, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, quality standards, and deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Experience working with international clients, understanding cultural differences and time zones.
✅ Strong grasp of project documentation, requirement gathering, and reporting.
✅ Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
✅ Basic understanding of technology stacks (e.g., Web Development, Mobile Apps, Cloud, AI, etc.).
✅ Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
✅ Ability to handle resource allocation and capacity planning.
✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.✅ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
