Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Support:
• Assist the project manager in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure project deliverables align with timelines.
• Monitor project milestones and report progress to stakeholders.
• Communication and Documentation:
• Serve as a point of contact for project updates and communication between teams.
• Prepare and distribute project documentation, such as meeting minutes, status reports, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities and updates.
• Resource Coordination:
• Schedule and allocate resources, ensuring team members have what they need to complete tasks.
• Track project budgets and expenses, flagging discrepancies or risks to the project manager.
• Risk and Issue Management:
• Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure issues are promptly addressed and resolved by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Team Support:
• Facilitate team meetings and follow up on action items.
• Foster collaboration and maintain a positive team dynamic throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for project activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
