Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing automation projects.
• Coordinate between design, engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; update progress regularly.
• Follow up with vendors, clients, and internal teams for timely completion of tasks.
• Support in preparing project budgets, cost tracking, and resource allocation.
• Handle project-related communications and ensure proper documentation control.
• Identify risks, delays, or issues and escalate them to the Project Manager.
• Assist in project testing, trials, and commissioning phases.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards during project execution.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automation preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in automation / robotics / industrial engineering sector.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
• Basic understanding of automation systems, robotics, or industrial equipment (preferred).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
