Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and successful completion of IT projects within defined timelines and budget constraints. Your responsibilities will include defining project scope, developing detailed plans, coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders. You will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration, address issues promptly, and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Regular meetings with project teams will be conducted to review progress, address concerns, and ensure that project tasks are completed with high quality standards. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar position is essential. Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software such as MS Project, JIRA, and Asana is required. Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills are crucial for success in this role.
