SUMMARY
Position Title:

Brand & Communication Operations Associate
(Reports to Chief Communications Officer)

Purpose of the Role

This role supports the Chief of Corporate Communications in turning communication ideas into action. You’ll help with campaigns, print and signage rollouts, CSR updates, media content, and brand visibility. It’s a role for someone who is organized, proactive, and a good communicator.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative & Campaign Support

  • Work with designers to make posters, boards, and internal campaign creatives.

  • Adapt content into Hindi/Odia.

  • Handle printing, vendors, dispatches, and collect photos from sites.

  • Help in company events and campaigns (Safety Week, HR drives, Founder’s Day, etc.).

2. Communication & Documentation

  • Maintain a library of creative files and print-ready material.

  • Write and share mailers, newsletters, SOPs, and notices.

  • Update policy documents like POSH, Smoking Policy, and company Vision/Mission boards.

3. Site Branding & Coordination

  • Track signage and branding work across sites (design, print, dispatch, install).

  • Follow up with sites for photos and updates.

  • Manage creative requests from different departments.

4. Corporate Communication Support

  • Build media kits, fact sheets, and company decks.

  • Support LinkedIn updates, leadership quotes, and brand presentations.

  • Assist with CSR activities planning, execution, documentation, and photography.

  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners for media, events, and CSR outreach.

5. MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain trackers for signage, dispatches, feedback, and audits.

  • Prepare reports on campaign performance, communication KPIs, and CSR.

  • Help create digital dashboards for easy access.

Skills Needed
  • Strong Google Sheets skills (formulas, filters, dropdowns).

  • Good coordination and vendor management.

  • Excellent communication (English; Hindi/Odia is a plus).

  • Basic design knowledge (Canva/Illustrator preferred).

  • Understanding of printing and signage (training can be given).
