Project Coordination & Executive Assistant to HOD

As a Project Coordinator at our company, you will have the following key responsibilities: - Record meeting minutes and track action items in project management tools - Manage CRM updates and client onboarding documentation - Assist in generating sales reports and dashboards using Excel - Prepare documentation for audits, compliance, or team reviews - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment - Sync internal and external meetings with product teams and partners - Serve as a point of contact between executives and others - Support cross-functional initiatives by tracking milestones - Assist in research, data compilation, and follow-ups - Navigate delicate situations with professional tact - Escalation management and follow up - Compile briefings and data dashboards using tools In addition to the above responsibilities, the company offers benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
