Project Controlling Senior Analyst

Youll contribute to the financial success of our projects by ensuring compliance with internal controls and providing strategic financial insights. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (such as Project Managers, Finance Project Managers, and Finance expert functions), analyze financial performance, and optimize financial strategies, among other responsibilities.

Youll specifically take care of preparing financial estimates and reconciling project data, but also support risk management processes and ensure compliance with local regulations.

• Contributing effectively to project setup and ensuring accurate financial data collection.
• Implementing financial strategies and ensuring smooth transitions from tender to project phases.
• Monitoring and controlling cost movements, as well as preparing and validating financial estimates.
• Providing financial analysis and insights for decision-making and improving project profitability.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual terms, local regulations, and company guidelines.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial aspects of the project, including tax, hedging, and financing strategies.

• MBA in Finance, CA, or CMA (CA Inter/CMA Inter with manufacturing experience also considered).
• 5-8 years of relevant finance experience, including a strong understanding of IFRS 15 principles.
• Experience or understanding of long-term project accounting (preferred).
• Knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English (French or other languages are a plus).
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a matrix and multicultural environment.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset.
